• "Services" refers to the retail enablement and distribution services and all related features offered through the Meshr platform.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Website or Services, whether as a representative of a consumer goods brand, a general trade retail store, or any other authorized party.
• "Brand" refers to a consumer product manufacturer or supplier that uses the Meshr platform to distribute and sell their products.
• "Retailer" refers to a general trade retail store or its owner/operator that uses the Meshr platform to stock or purchase products for resale.

By using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by them. If you are using Meshr on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case the term "you" includes the entity.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Meshr platform is limited to individuals and businesses that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our Website or Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from using our Services for any reason.
• You are not barred by any law from accessing or using our Website or Services.
• If you are registering on behalf of a business or other entity, you are authorized to act on behalf of and bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Services Overview

Meshr provides a technology platform and service to enable distribution and retail placement of consumer products. Our Services include supporting functions such as order collection, invoice generation, payment facilitation, coordination of deliveries through third-party logistics partners, and basic in-store merchandising support.

Meshr's role is to facilitate connections and transactions between Brands and Retailers as an intermediary platform. We are not a retailer or manufacturer of the products, and we do not take ownership of goods being distributed. Our Services are provided on a best-effort commercial basis – we do not guarantee any specific outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials available on the Meshr website and platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, design, and the overall look-and-feel, are the property of Ithiki Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Restrictions on Use

Meshr does not guarantee any specific outcomes in terms of product sales, sell-through rates, repeat purchases, or shelf placement longevity for your products. Product Quality and Compliance responsibilities remain solely with the Brand or product manufacturer.
